Start this afternoon by travel to Museum Siam reveals several exhibits displaying the national identity and history of Thai people and their relationships with neighboring cultures. Next, hop on a traditional longtail boat to meander through the quaint canals taking in the quieter side of Bangkok life, which would not be complete without an exploration of the spectacular and iconic Wat Arun. Take time to explore the iconic temple towering 79 metres over the Chao Phraya River offering
panorama across Bangkok from the Thonburi side. It overlooks the Chao Phraya River and offers breathtaking views from its spires. The temple itself was built in 1782 by King Rama I as part of a larger project that included many other temples throughout Bangkok as well as several palaces. Finally, head back across the river and walk back to MRT Station.

Take a half-day tour from Bangkok city limits to you explore the floating markets of Damnoen Saduak with a stop at Mae Klong railway market. Travel by boat to cruise past vendors selling fresh produce, handmade sweets, and souvenirs as a guide unpacks the secrets of these 19th-century canals.
Start your tour with a pickup from your hotel and be driven about 100 km southwest of Bangkok to Ratchaburi Province. On the way, visit the Mae Klong railway market, also known as Talad Rom Hup, roughly translating to the “umbrella pulldown market”.
